To attain a healthy lifestyle a healthy mind is necessary. When we talk about our lives we speak of many different elements as life is a set of elements: mind, emotions, society, our bodies, our relationships … If any of these parts are damaged it affects all the others. Therefore we must take care of all these aspects … but primarily the mind. To get a sound mind and therefore a healthy lifestyle, we must try to look inward. This is the first step to achieve this.
